At NeuroFloe, we strive to provide the best experience for our subscribers. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please review the following policy to understand the process, timelines, and any applicable conditions.

2. Cancellation Process

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

  • Log into your NeuroFloe account.
  • Navigate to the Subscription Settings section.
  • Click on Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.

Alternatively, you can request cancellation by contacting our support team at info@neurofloe.com with your account details.

3. Cancellation Deadline & Billing Cycles

  • Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged for the following month. However, cancellations made after the renewal date will not be eligible for a refund, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Annual Subscriptions: You can cancel at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining months. Your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

  • We do not provide refunds for partially used billing periods.
  • If you experience technical issues or extenuating circumstances, please contact info@neurofloe.com, and we will review your case.

5. Reactivating a Subscription

If you decide to return to NeuroFloe, you can reactivate your subscription anytime by logging into your account and selecting a new plan.
